-Refund Request Conditions
Refund requests for flight tickets or travel bookings are evaluated under the following conditions:

All refund requests must be submitted through our official email support. Requests made through other channels may not be considered for processing.
2. Airline Refund Policies
All refunds are strictly subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline carrier. Forest Travels acts as a travel service provider and follows the airline’s official refund policy.
3. Refund Request Timing
Customers must submit their refund request at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Late requests may not qualify for refunds depending on airline rules.
4. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to board the flight and submits a refund request within 24 hours of departure, the case will be treated as a no-show, and refund eligibility will depend on airline policies.
5. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund can only be processed if the airline approves the refund according to its ticket fare rules and conditions.

Forest Travels reserves the right to review, evaluate, and approve or decline refund requests based on the airline's decision and the specific circumstances of the booking.

Once the airline approves the refund, the amount will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refund Payment Method
All approved refunds will be transferred only via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
Cash refunds are not available.
